🕶️ Weekly Brief · Team Standup · partial week — through Sat Oct 24

pump.fun handed us
the week. We had no receipt
to catch it with.

Monday edition, built Saturday. Reviews Mon Oct 19 → Sat Oct 24 (6 UTC days) against the same six days of the prior week, Oct 12–17; the full Oct 12–18 week is shown alongside for reference. Solana volume $2.71M vs $3.31M (−18% like-for-like); $2.50M from ordinary wallets (−19%). Traders held: 8,744 vs 8,831 (−1%). The shape is Mon–Wed at $570–720K then a cliff: Thu $271K, Fri $320K, Sat $180K. Platform take $14.0K / 133 SOL (+11%) on less volume — take rate 0.52%, the cheap-tier volume is what left. Creator claims $14.4K to 134 claimers (+86% claimers, −22% dollars). Launches 140 (−83%): every farm wallet went quiet — 0 farm launches vs 566 — so for the first time every launch was organic, and organic is 112 creators (+14%) making 8 coins on Saturday. Outside: pump.fun's founder reposted a coin that rugged for $1.5M in 30 minutes (1,119-like refund thread; "never be @Pumpfun" 419); replies asked Finn to "save us from Alon". Inside: Domain Coins shipped Oct 19 (144 likes, 39.7K views, no on-chain dent — best post-launch hour $61K), BagsPay's web rail went behind a flag on Oct 19 (#565), and the receipt is on day 17. Eng: 189 human commits (−20%), alaa's terminal attribution turned on in production (#186), Domain Coins backend (#1388, #1386), GitOps gateway migration (sadj, 28), Finn's home-feed rewrite at +63.6K lines, open. Robinhood: 1.40 ETH ≈ $3.3K (−43%), 3 launches — the first in four weeks. X data: back.

01 · Meeting runsheet — KPI-first standing format

The anti-pump shoppers arrived. We showed them a domain feature, a flagged-off pay page, and a tape our own bot is 20% of.

Operating frame: Bags runs as a KPI-focused firm aimed at capturing trading volume through mobile and terminal products. Stats come prefilled; the meeting discusses why. This week's why: demand had a reason to switch and we had nothing dated to switch to. pump.fun's own-goal was Thu–Fri; our Thu–Sat was $271K / $320K / $180K and 12 / 12 / 8 launches. Traders didn't leave (−1%); builders did (−43% organic launches), and the one feature we shipped (Domain Coins) produced one good post and no chain activity.

Company overview — 5 min

Key stats, 6 days vs the same 6 days: Solana $2.71M (−18%), 8.7K traders (−1%), 40.0K trades (−16%), 140 launches (−83%) from 112 creators (−8%). Creator claims $14.4K / 134 claimers (−22% / +86%). Platform take $14.0K / 133 SOL (+11%) = DefiLlama public revenue $13.2K for the five days it has published, reconciled within 0.4%. Take rate 0.52% (from 0.38%). Full prior week for reference: $5.06M / 12.8K traders / 905 launches / $18.9K take — a Sunday meme did $1.75M of it. Robinhood 1.40 ETH ≈ $3.3K (−43%), 3 launches; vault 0. SOL $102 (−2%). Eng: 189 human commits (−20%), 13 human PRs merged, Linear closed 0. Headline: traders stayed, builders didn't, revenue per dollar went up, and the week's biggest event happened to a competitor.

Launchpads — the cash-cow business

Solana by day (excl. high-frequency wallets): $637K → $616K → $534K → $256K → $294K → $166K. Daily traders 2.9K → 3.1K → 2.6K → 1.5K → 1.5K → 1.2K. The Mon–Wed plateau was the French-Goku tail (Mon 00:00 UTC alone did $181K / 804 traders) plus $BAGSPAY; Thu onward is the real floor. $BAGSPAY was $527K / 4,882 trades / 1,588 makers — 19.5% of the week (daily $305K · 152K · 252K · 78K · 164K · 73K). Our floor session (session-H8WTvo3Z) was last seen Oct 17 restarted on five keeper wallets; fbmini has been unreachable from this laptop since Oct 20, so its state is unverified. The tape says: BAGSPAY's top-5 makers did $127K (24% of the coin), the top one 460 trades / $82K / 269 buys continuously Oct 19–24, and ≥200-trade wallets inside BAGSPAY did $136K. Assume up to a quarter of our #1 line is us until someone on fbmini says otherwise. Runners: POKEMON (Sep 15) $161K / 1,486 makers; SYMF (Oct 20) $63K / 447; LORIA $58K; SALVOR $38K. Coins launched this week: $267K (10%) across 133 mints. Launches: 0 farm wallets (24 → 0; brrr copy launcher, stockbond fleet, SpaceX lane all off), stock pairs 4 (from 166). Organic: 112 creators (+14%) launched 140 coins (−43%) — more people, one coin each. Sat Oct 24: 8 launches, 7 creators.

Robinhood: 1.40 ETH ≈ $3.3K over Oct 19–24 vs 2.45 ETH for Oct 12–17 (−43%); full prior week 11.11 ETH, of which 8.66 was the Sunday Oct 18 curve spike. By day: 0.30 → 0.33 → 0.06 → 0.17 → 0.32 → 0.22 ETH. Curve 0.57 / pool 0.84, 32 buys / 37 sells / 63 pool swaps. 3 launches on Fri Oct 23 — the first new coins on RH in four weeks; all-time 4,760. Fees (2%) ≈ 0.028 ETH ≈ $66, protocol half ≈ $33. Vault 0.0 ETH.

Traders −1%, builders −43%, our own bot ≈ 20% of the tape. The venue holds; the supply side and the honesty of the top line don't.

Trading products — Mobile & Terminal

Domain Coins shipped (Oct 19) — launch a coin and route fees to any website; owners claim with a verified business email. Backend: Ramy's admin-managed fee-share config types (#1388, +1.65K) plus domain-feed cache and live-config fixes; Finn's domain token launch feed endpoint (#1386) and #1389 (domains on the feed, open). Post: 144 likes / 39.7K views, the best @BagsApp post in a month. Chain: nothing — the best hour after the post was $61K, and the brrr /domains lane's master wallet (CqtqtsZ…) still holds 0 SOL, so zero domain coins have been launched by us and no owner has claimed. BagsPay: the /pay route went behind a payPage flag on Oct 19 (#565, merged by Ramy from a Cursor branch) — the web rail is off while the community asks "where @bagspay" on day 17, and $BAGSPAY still traded $527K. Home feed: Finn's #560 is now +63,610 / −20,087 (ranked feed, app-store grid, x-style nav, dark social cards), updated Saturday, unmerged — the largest open front-end change in the org. Mobile: dan's #695 single-screen launch form (+17K) is five days old with no review; 1 mobile commit on main this week. #1372 x-bot worker: +32.2K, day 13. Terminal: attribution is now on in production — we can measure terminals; we still don't ship one. Relay: fourth week cold.

Three products in flight, none dated. The one thing with a date — Domain Coins — has no first customer because the lane that makes them has no SOL.

Infrastructure — Data + security

Terminal attribution went live. alaa shipped exact live block times from every Yellowstone connection's block meta (#183, +9.5K), a sealer that anchors chain time to the core connection, a Redis block-time resolver that never answers from the wall clock, boot-resume freshness guards, CODING_STANDARDS.md, a read-only ClickHouse helper, CI that fails on machine-local paths and stray slot-time constants (#185) — then #186 "turn on terminal attribution in production" on Saturday. 129 commits. GitOps: sadj moved bags.backend onto the Gateway API (ALB GatewayClass, controller 3.6.1, routes validated against ALB limits in chart CI), pinned backend releases by digest with consolidated CI (#1390/#1394), added a backend-v2 production overlay "off until go-live", a fee-bots Datadog dashboard, and opened #1396 (canary slot + /canary commands). Identity: username change endpoint with a 30-day hold on renamed names and race-safe signups (#1385); Apple web sign-in callback (#1384). V1 transactions: unbound-bags opened #1392/#1393 (launch flow + all builders opt-in, +3.1K; BAGS-502). RH subgraph: nils fixed v2 hook partner accrual (#8). Audit: BAGS-500/501 rpc-cache in review. Ops: fbmini unreachable from the laptop since Oct 20 (VPN, no Tailscale) — the MM session and 110.9 SOL of winddown wallets are unobserved.

Adhoc + closing

Four items, all of which are the Mon–Fri post plan (docs/press/week-2026-10-26-posts.md) stated as ops. (1) Monday's receipt needs a number. Either the payPage flag goes back on and backend gives BagsPay-specific claim counts, or the post is the dated-pause version with the all-time figure ($10.30M / 17,739 claimers). Decide Sunday. (2) Tuesday's hackathon thread needs HATON confirmed paid — one yes/no from the team. (3) Wednesday's Domain Coins receipt needs 2–5 SOL in CqtqtsZ… so the /domains lane launches ten recognisable sites and one owner can claim; without that the post is a tease and we said no more teases. (4) The BAGSPAY floor session: wind it or label it before Monday. With organic at $170–300K/day, a house bot that may be a quarter of the #1 coin is the screenshot someone puts next to Alon's. Close with named owners and the Sunday decision on (1).

02 · Shipped this week — what got done (GitHub, Oct 19 → Sat Oct 24)

Terminal attribution switched on in production. Domain Coins got a backend. BagsPay's web page got a flag. Linear got nothing.

189 human commits on default branches in six days (235 in the prior seven, −20%; 176 on the same 14 repos, −25%), 18 PRs merged (13 by humans), Linear closed 0. Five humans plus one Cursor identity committed: alaabags 129, sadjbags 28, finnbags 15, ramyodev 14, cursoragent 2, danbagsfm 1. Mon–Tue and Friday carried it — Mon 42, Tue 43, Fri 52 — with Wednesday at 5. nilsbags: one subgraph PR, no commits on main. unbound-bags: two PRs opened, nothing merged.

03 · In progress — the big rocks in flight (~30 open PRs, excluding roadmap drafts + renovate)

The home feed rewrite is 63K lines and still growing. The x-bot worker is on day 13. Relay: week four, cold.

The queue didn't move: #1372 grew again (+31.3K → +32.2K), #560 went +7K → +63.6K / −20.1K with a Saturday push, and dan's mobile launch form (#695, +17K) has had no review in five days. New this week: unbound-bags' V1-transactions pair (#1392/#1393), sadj's canary (#1396), Finn's #1389. The three biggest open PRs in the org total 113K added lines and none has a reviewer assigned in the data.

PR hygiene flag

113K open lines across three PRs with no reviewer, and the only front-end change that merged was a switch-off. Sequence this week, same as last week's but with dates: #1392/#1393 (small, Linear-tracked) first → #695 gets a reviewer by Tuesday → #1372 freezes at +32.2K and alaa or unbound-bags reviews it → #560 gets a flag and a cutover date rather than a review. Relay: close the three PRs on Monday unless someone names a week. A +63K PR from the CEO that nobody can review is the bus-factor problem wearing a different hat.

Standup notes
  • 📅 Busiest day: Fri Oct 23 with 52 commits (alaa 40). Tue 43, Mon 42, Thu 25, Sat 21, Wed 5. First week since September the peak wasn't a weekend.
  • 🕖 Evening team this week: top hours 19:00 UTC (28), 12:00 (21), 18:00 (17). The 06:00–09:00 Europe-morning block from last week is gone.
  • 🐘 Heaviest merged PR: indexer #183 (+9,505). Heaviest open: twitter-claim #560 (+63,610), then backend #1372 (+32,197), bagsapp #695 (+17,034).
  • 🚌 Bus factor: 5 humans. alaabags + sadjbags = 83%; alaa alone 68%. Ramy 32 → 14 with his biggest PR stuck in review.
  • 🧟 Oldest zombie: bagsapp #602 (Jul 2025, 15 months). Oldest Linear in progress: BM-1/2/3/5 videos (Jul 27, 13 weeks). 48 of 57 started issues untouched 14+ days.
Standup talking point — Linear closed 0, created 5; 48 of 57 in-progress issues are stale

Zero closes in six days against 189 commits and 13 merged PRs. The 5 created: BAGS-502 (V1 transactions — the one issue that maps to this week's PRs), BAGS-503 (rank domain coins by web traffic + Bags clicks — a good idea, unassigned), BAGS-500/501 (rpc-cache audit, in review), BAGSOPS-88. BAGS backlog 118 (14 High, 0 Urgent). No Linear issue exists for terminal attribution going live, Domain Coins as a product, the home-feed rewrite, switching BagsPay's web page off, or the Gateway API migration. The stock-pair cluster (BAGS-434/436/426/412, High) is six weeks untouched and the lane that used it is off. Planning layer: still a diary nobody writes in.

05 · Metrics — the market read (ClickHouse + RH scan + DefiLlama) · six days vs the same six days

$2.71M, −18%. Traders flat, builders gone, revenue per dollar up. Thu–Sat is the floor: $271K, $320K, $180K.

Solana did $2.71M vs $3.31M for Oct 12–17 (−18%); excluding high-frequency wallets $2.50M vs $3.08M (−19%). Unique traders 8,744 vs 8,831 — the people are still here; they traded less. Mon–Wed ($723K / $651K / $566K) was the French-Goku tail plus $BAGSPAY; from Thursday the tape is what Bags does with no meme and no engine: $256–294K of ordinary-wallet volume, then $166K on Saturday. That is the pre-$BAGSPAY baseline from September. The full Oct 12–18 week was $5.06M only because Sunday did $1.75M; this deck doesn't have its Sunday yet. Robinhood: 1.40 ETH ≈ $3.3K (−43%), 3 launches.

Revenue (platform take, on-chain · DefiLlama check)
$14.0K +11%
On-chain take Oct 19–24: $13,972 / 132.7 SOL vs $12,608 / 119.7 SOL the same six days prior. DefiLlama (publishes to Oct 23): $13.2K for five days, reconciled within 0.4%. Take rate 0.52%, up from 0.38% — the volume that left was the DAMM cheap-tier volume. RH protocol half ≈ $33 on top. 30d public revenue $161.6K.
⚖️ The top line, honestly — how much of $BAGSPAY is us

$BAGSPAY has been the #1 volume line since Oct 12 — $1.0M last week, $527K / 4,882 trades / 1,588 makers this week, daily $305K → $152K → $252K → $78K → $164K → $73K. Our floor session (session-H8WTvo3Z, master CZpyoMR9…) was funded with ~116 SOL on Oct 16, paused Oct 17 after churning ~1,500 SOL each way for a flat price, consolidated to five keeper wallets (~4 SOL) and restarted that evening. Nobody has looked at it since Oct 20 — fbmini is unreachable from this laptop on the VPN. What the tape shows: the top maker on $BAGSPAY did 460 trades / $82K with a 58% buy bias, every day Oct 19–24; the top five did $127K (24% of the coin); ≥200-trade wallets did $136K. Working assumption: a fifth to a quarter of our #1 coin, ≈5% of the week, is a house bot. Ordinary-wallet $BAGSPAY is still real — 1,588 makers — but the deck's top line should be read as $2.57–2.60M organic. The honest fix is the kill call on the agenda; the honest measurement is a house-wallet filter in the datapi tables, which the PnL leaderboard also needs.

📉 Launches: 71 → 19 → 18 → 12 → 12 → 8. The farm went dark; organic is one coin per creator.

Creators: 53 → 18 → 17 → 12 → 11 → 7. Farm wallets (≥20 launches/week): 24 last week, 0 this week — brrr's copy launcher, the stockbond fleet and the SpaceX-quoted lane are all off, stock pairs 166 → 4. So for the first time the launch count is purely organic: 112 creators (+14% vs 98) launched 140 coins (−43% vs 245). More people launched; each launched once and left. Monday's 53 creators were the Sunday meme's tail. Domain Coins went live Monday and the launch count fell every day after. New coins this week did $267K across 133 mints — 10% of volume, 2K per coin. Saturday: 8 launches, 7 creators, $180K. The SolCommunityy league table that put Bags #7 at $289K of 7-day curve volume is going to get worse before Monday. Take-rate reconciliation by day, ours / DefiLlama: $4.0K/$4.0K · $3.7K/$3.7K · $2.9K/$2.9K · $1.1K/$1.2K · $1.4K/$1.4K.

06 · X sentiment — live again · /news sweep Sat Oct 24: 198 mentions + 99 @finnbags + pump.fun incident sweep

The market spent the week shopping for the anti-pump. We were on the shortlist with a feature post and an open tab.

▲ Bull signals
  • pump.fun self-immolated. Alon reposted a Kimchi coin that rugged for $1.5M in 30 minutes; the refund thread hit 1,119 likes, "never be @Pumpfun" 419. The spillover named us: "pumpfun drained me but we have @BagsApp", "finn mogs alon", "Please @finnbags save us from @a1lon9" (37L), "revive the trenches and show them how it's done without being a scamming pos."
  • Domain Coins landed as a real launch: @BagsApp 144L / 39.7K views, Finn 106L + "drop your favorite domains" 100L / 13.6K. Community already pitching domains to fund (@EURBDAO).
  • "Bags to #1 (again) in Q4 — we've called our shots before" 177L / 18.5K, Finn's top post; "Skip the VC, skip the IPO, go public on @BagsApp" 126L. "Q4 is for @BagsApp" is being echoed back.
  • Infra credibility: CrawlScan added Bags + Meteora DBC scanning (66L); BagsEarnings claim receipts firing (ASTEROID, CALIF, SALVOR); $SALVOR #3 trending. Hbadgerfund: "Solana still lacks a clean creator payments layer; if Bags owns that it's a real moat."
  • The hat still sells itself — "the hat has been Bags' biggest selling point without marketing" (jerr_ycrypto, in Chinese).
▼ Bear signals
  • BagsPay, day 17: "Can we get an update about @BagsPay tho", "Where @bagspay man", "$BAGSPAY is a ticking time bomb — don't underestimate @finnbags" (14L). The same week the /pay route went behind a flag.
  • Hackathon = loyalty test now: "Only Chinchilla, Haton, and Vault made it to Colosseum; where are the builders who extracted and disappeared? Loyalty means nothing for Bags" / "Shame on you @BagsApp." The HATON thread evolved from "unpaid" to "Bags rewards extractors."
  • League table, public and ugly: SolCommunityy's 7-day curve volume ranking has Bags #7 at $289K behind pump $503M, LaunchOnSF $23.8M, Meteora $8.76M, bonk $2.9M, MetaDAO, ember (32L). With 8 launches on Saturday it gets worse.
  • $LORIA / Andy-lore holders calling Bags "complacent toward Andy lore" and "paying attention to things no one would use" — Domain Coins read as a distraction by the oldest community.
  • Carried, still unanswered publicly: "RIP everywhere except US" (X Money geo), three coins using the BagsPay name, the Oct 7 tease with no receipt.

Net read: best sentiment setup in a month — a competitor's founder got graded on what he amplified, the market started scoring founders on conduct, and Finn's no-CA rule is exactly that contrast — and we had nothing dated to convert it with. Traders didn't leave (−1%); they're waiting for the receipt everyone keeps asking for. Builders did leave (8 launches Saturday), and the hackathon grievance is the reason they give.

07 · This week's agenda — the ops that make Mon–Fri's posts true

Monday needs a number. Tuesday needs a paid claim. Wednesday needs 5 SOL. Friday needs a habit. And the house bot comes off the tape.

The post plan for the week is already drafted (docs/press/week-2026-10-26-posts.md: Mon receipt · Tue hackathon debt · Wed Domain Coins first owner claim · Thu creator spotlight · Fri Bags Friday #1). Every item below is the operational pre-requisite that turns one of those drafts from a tease into a receipt. Ranked by what Monday 9:00 AM PT needs first.

1

Make Monday's receipt true: payPage flag on + BagsPay counts, or publish the dated pause

Day 17. #565 put /pay behind a flag on Oct 19 while $BAGSPAY did $527K and the replies asked where it is. Monday's draft has two versions: A — "BagsPay is live … [N] creators have claimed [X] SOL through BagsPay" (needs the flag back on and a BagsPay-specific count from backend, Ramy), or B — "BagsPay web ships [DATE] … all-time $10.3M claimed by 17,739 creators, 342,214 claims, on chain" (needs only a date). Either way Finn's 9:30 line is "I don't post CAs. I post payouts." — the conduct contrast the pump.fun week wrote for us. Decision owner: Finn, Sunday. Ramy: the count or the date by Sunday night.

The week the market graded founders on conduct, our receipt was 17 days late. Monday is the last cheap day to post it.
2

KILL: wind down the $BAGSPAY floor session before Monday — or label it

session-H8WTvo3Z was funded Oct 16, paused Oct 17 for churning ~1,500 SOL each way at a flat price, restarted on five keepers, and has been unobserved since Oct 20. The tape says up to a quarter of our #1 coin and ≈5% of the week may be us, on a week when organic is $170–300K a day. That is the screenshot someone puts next to Alon's repost. Stop it (floor.sh stop session-H8WTvo3Z on fbmini, sweep the five keepers to master), log the realised PnL, and add a house-wallet filter to the datapi tables so next week's deck and the PnL leaderboard both exclude it by construction. The 110.9 SOL of RDSTR winddown wallets on the same box is still awaiting Finn's "sweep". Owner: Bond (needs fbmini reachable — drop the VPN or install Tailscale) + Finn's go.

A receipts brand cannot have a bot on its own #1 coin. Kill it before the receipt post, not after someone finds it.
3

Domain Coins' first customer: fund the /domains lane (2–5 SOL), launch ten, get one owner claim by Wednesday

Product shipped Monday; backend shipped Thursday (#1388, #1386); the brrr.trade /domains lane (Product Hunt stream, 100% fees to the site owner, 48/day) is built and enabled — and its master CqtqtsZ… has 0 SOL, so it has launched zero coins ever. Wednesday's draft is "[domain.com] just claimed [X] SOL in fees on Bags. They didn't launch the coin. The internet did." That post needs ≈0.04 SOL × 10 launches plus a real claim through the verified-email flow. Finn funds the master Sunday; the lane launches ten recognisable domains Mon–Tue; Bond chases one owner (a site that already has a Bags-adjacent audience) to claim. If no owner claims by Wednesday, the post waits — no more teases. BAGS-503 (rank domain coins by traffic) is the right follow-on; assign it.

144 likes and no on-chain dent is a feature nobody has used. One claimed receipt makes it a product.
4

Pay the debt before the bounty: confirm HATON paid, then Tuesday's hackathon thread

Carried from three decks, now with the grievance upgraded from "unpaid" to "Bags rewards extractors" and Saturday at 7 creators. Tuesday's draft is the honest status — 1,444 teams, 26 winners paid, three alumni at Colosseum (Chinchilla, HATON, Vault), a follow-back for every team that shipped, and the rule "no new bounty while a claim is open." It can't go out until someone confirms the HATON claim is settled. Owner: stu/ops for the yes-no by Monday; Finn posts Tuesday. Then the two-week launch-back rebate for hackathon creators the Oct 19 deck proposed — measured by organic creators back above 150 and claims above $25K.

Builders are the number that fell 43%. They say why in the replies. Fix the stated reason first.

Bags Friday #1 + the review sequence: V1 txs → #695 → #1372 frozen → #560 flagged; close Relay

Friday 9:00 AM PT, Finn posts the numbers — platform take, creator claims and claimers, organic launches and creators, top payout — from the automated 7:00 AM pull, every week, same time. It is the institution the SOTU doctrine promised and the cheapest accountability asset we have; it also forces agenda item 2, because the numbers can't include a house bot. On eng: merge unbound-bags' #1392/#1393 first (small, Linear-tracked), give dan's #695 a reviewer by Tuesday, freeze #1372 at +32.2K with alaa or unbound-bags reviewing, and put #560 behind a flag with a cutover date instead of waiting for a 63K-line review. Relay (#541/#1340/#690): close Monday unless someone names a merge week — four decks is enough.

A weekly public receipt turns "where is it" into "same time Friday." The review queue is where this week's product stayed.
Linear cross-check + new task ideas (for Finn to triage — nothing auto-created)

Exists: BAGS-502 V1 transactions (in progress, matches #1392/#1393) · BAGS-503 rank domain coins by traffic (backlog, unassigned — assign to agenda 3) · BAGS-434/436/426/412 stock pairs (High, 6 weeks untouched, lane off — close or re-date). Does not exist: BagsPay web re-enable + date · house-wallet filter in datapi (house_wallets table + exclusion in bags_trade_feed consumers and the PnL leaderboard) · Domain Coins first-owner-claim ops · hackathon claims audit + alumni thread · Bags Friday numbers automation (already a cron, b0c03e32; deserves an issue so someone else can own it) · "FIRST launch" badge on the ranked feed (#560) · terminal attribution go-live retro (what the first week of production data shows).

08 · Comms calendar (Mon Oct 26 – Sun Nov 1) — receipts only; one post a day at 9:00 AM PT

Mirrors docs/press/week-2026-10-26-posts.md — drafts exist for every line; a reminder DM lands at 8:00 AM PT with the day's copy and the Friday numbers pull is automated at 7:00. Rules: receipts only; never name pump or Alon; @finnbags never posts a CA; a post that depends on an op that didn't happen gets held, not softened. Every post here is a plan; Finn approves each one.

MON
The receipt. A: "BagsPay is live … [N] creators claimed [X] SOL" (flag on + count) or B: "BagsPay web ships [DATE] … $10.3M claimed by 17,739 creators, on chain." 9:30 Finn: "I don't post CAs. I post payouts."
@BagsApp + @FinnBags
TUE
Pay the debt before the bounty. Hackathon status thread: 1,444 entered, 26 paid, three at Colosseum, follow-back for every shipper, "no new bounty while a claim is open." Pre-req: HATON confirmed paid. Finn QT: "Debt first. Bounty after."
@BagsApp
WED
Domain Coins, first receipt. "[domain.com] just claimed [X] SOL in fees on Bags. They didn't launch the coin. The internet did." Pre-req: lane funded, ten launched, one owner claimed. No claim → hold.
@BagsApp + @FinnBags
THU
Creator spotlight. $SALVOR / @BlockchainDan (#3 trending, claim receipt Oct 23) with the exact SOL from BagsEarnings; backup: this week's top claimer (61 SOL across 98 claims). Link to the bags.fm coin page, no CA.
@BagsApp
FRI
Bags Friday #1. "The numbers, every week, same time": platform take, creator claims + claimers, organic launches + creators, top payout, shipped this week. "Next Friday, same time. Hold me to it." @BagsApp RT.
@FinnBags
SAT
Hold. Replies to builders only. Finn may QT one community receipt. Watch Sat ordinary-wallet volume against this week's $166K and whether the house bot is actually off.
Hold
SUN
Hold. Prep the Monday weekly — the first full seven-day week with the bot off the tape and the receipt out. If Monday's post was version B, the ship date in it is now a deadline.
Hold

Cadence rule: MON (receipt) and FRI (Bags Friday) are non-negotiable; TUE and WED go out only if their op happened. A held post is a plan that failed quietly; a softened post is a tease. Tease-to-receipt gap: never 17 days again.

09 · The number · $100M total revenue

$32.24M banked. $67.8M to go.

Goal: $100M cumulative protocol revenue. Banked all-time: $32.24M (DefiLlama, Solana basis; Robinhood revenue is additive and not included). That's 32.2%. This week's five published days added $13.2K; the on-chain take for six days is $14.0K and matches DefiLlama within 0.4%, so the number is trustworthy. The Q4 target needs ~$2.5M a week with nine and a half weeks left; this week ran at ~$16K annualised-to-seven-days. The one number that improved — take rate 0.52% — improved because the cheap volume left, not because more money arrived.

Basis: DefiLlama protocol revenue, Solana (all-time $32.24M, fees $64.49M; Oct 19–23 $13.2K revenue / $26.5K fees; 30d $161.6K). The honest read: the measurement chasm is $33 this week — RH is 0.25% of take — so it's structural, not material; the material measurement problem is the opposite one: our own bot inside the Solana number, which DefiLlama counts as revenue because it is (we pay ourselves fees on our own churn). Milestone unchanged: $1M/day of ordinary-wallet volume that survives a weekend. This week's best day was $637K and it was Sunday's tail; the Thu–Sat floor is $166–294K, ≈$8–10K/week of revenue at 0.5%. The Q4 target needs 250× that. The week the market shopped for the anti-pump, that was the floor we offered it.
