Trades 4x'd.
SpaceX Mode shipped.
Can we see it?

On-chain trades 4x'd week-over-week — a second straight week of acceleration — while SpaceX Mode reset the launch experience. But our product-side money funnel is still flying blind (BUY event = 0). That tension defines the week.

~4x trades, ~2.4x traders WoW — the surge is still accelerating, not cresting. Trade/trader counts are firm; USD magnitude in raw tables is approximate (neo_* rollups over-count per-leg — excluded from headline). Volume run-rate ≈ $213M annualized (June daily-avg buy-side).

02 · Product usage (Amplitude · refreshed 06-19)

WAU hit a new high — 13.4k, +30% WoW.

Weekly active users. Not flat after all — last week's deck under-counted the current week; the real trend is still climbing. Live surface is ATM / cashback / agent flows.

⚠ INSTRUMENTATION GAP · STILL OPEN (verified 06-19)
BUY event = 0
BUY Token - Success and Quick Buy - Transaction Submitted both log 0 across all 30 days — confirmed again today. On-chain shows 295k trades this week; product analytics still can't see a single one. This is the #1 blocker.
Funding flow (30d actuals)
Add Cash ≤24/wk
Add Cash crept 1→2→14→24/wk (growing but tiny); ATM Claim in single digits. Onboarding → funding conversion is thin & barely instrumented vs. ~29k weekly on-chain traders.

WAU holding ~10k while on-chain trades 4x'd — the product-analytics surface still isn't capturing the trading surge (see instrumentation gap).

03 · X sentiment (last 7 days · refreshed 06-19)

SpaceX Mode is the story this week — and it's polarizing.

▲ Bull signals
  • $ASTEROID charity now $250k+ in fees → @Liv_Stargrace Foundation (was $5.1k last week — 50x'd). Still our highest-reach narrative.
  • "SpaceX Mode" launched (~2d ago, 159K impressions) — new default launch mode modeled on the SpaceX IPO. @finnbags driving the "coins valued like public companies" framing.
  • "Claim all fees with one tap" shipped — Finn dogfooding it publicly.
  • Account tone bullish: "WE ARE SO BACK"; hackathon winners rolling out.
▼ Bear signals
  • SpaceX Mode backlash from existing builders — @DSB_117 / $BRAIN (4.2K imp): new mode "disappointing," feels like it disadvantages legacy fee-earners.
  • "Team won't support builders… worst founders on Solana" — still live, re $SGL / $REKILL (@eleetmowiz, 2.3K imp).
  • "Always so slow… doing nothing to support game projects" — @idoLapaj.
  • Scattered rug accusations on specific community coins (Punch / zoo dispute) — not Bags-the-platform, but our name is tagged.

Net read: The charity narrative keeps compounding ($250k), but SpaceX Mode is a double-edged launch — big reach, and a fresh wave of "this hurts existing builders" FUD layered on the standing trust gap. Framing the next few days matters.

04 · This week's agenda

Five objectives, ranked.

1

Fix the money-funnel instrumentation + dashboard

Trading 4x'd this week but Amplitude still shows BUY event = 0 (verified again 06-19). Re-instrument buy/fund events, then stand up the audit's dashboard.

Blocks everything else · can't optimize $100M blind
2

Cultivate the $1K–$10K trader "engine" tier

The $1K–$10K tier drives the majority of volume, and weekly traders just grew 2.4x (12K→29K). Spec a Bags Trader tier: fee rebates, volume leaderboard, early access.

+20% activation ≈ +$1.8M / 30d organic
3

Productize charity — "Bags for Good"

$ASTEROID just crossed $250k in fees for the Stargrace Foundation — our best-converting, most press-friendly narrative, still compounding. Ship a verified Charity Launch SKU (501c3 attestation, on-chain donation tracking, leaderboard).

New take-rate surface · differentiates from every degen launchpad
4

Close the builder-support trust gap

The one consistent bear signal, from real builders. Stand up a lightweight support lane: response SLA, post-launch checklist, featured-builder program.

Trust is the launchpad moat
5

Lean into the Bags SDK as a growth channel

Shyft built native launches on our SDK for free. Productize: docs, partner co-marketing, a directory of apps launching on Bags.

Distribution leverage + SDK rev-share surface
05 · Product updates & announcements

Ship in public. Let the narrative carry it.

What spreads on X right now: the SpaceX Mode launch (159K imp), the $ASTEROID charity story ($250k in fees, still our highest-reach narrative), and builder spotlights. But SpaceX Mode also kicked off fresh "this hurts existing builders" FUD — so this week timing and framing matter more than usual.

PRINCIPLE 1

Announce outcomes, not features

"$5.1k raised for $JAMESON" > "we shipped fee-sharing." Lead with the dollar amount, the builder, the cause. Numbers + names travel.

PRINCIPLE 2

Defend SpaceX Mode on builder terms

The new-mode backlash (@DSB_117 / $BRAIN) is about existing fee-earners feeling disadvantaged. Address it head-on: explain the why, show the math, and protect legacy builders — don't let "worst founders" reframe a good ship.

PRINCIPLE 3

Make builders the heroes

Our loudest organic reach is builders posting their wins. Amplify them, don't compete. Repost + spotlight = free distribution that also rebuilds trust.

▲ Lead announcements (ship + post this week)
  • "Bags for Good" charity SKU — ride the $ASTEROID/Stargrace peak. Biggest reach lever.
  • Builder-support commitment — SLA + featured-builder program. Directly answers the FUD.
  • Bags SDK spotlight — "Shyft built native launches on Bags" as a partner case study.
▼ Hold / handle with care
  • No silent product changes. An unannounced update already drew "most retarded update ever." Every change gets a why-post.
  • Trader-tier program — tease, don't launch until instrumentation (Obj 1) can measure it.
  • Avoid pure-volume flexing — quality narrative > vanity numbers.

Recap

Cadence rule: every product change ships with a post explaining the why. SpaceX Mode proved the inverse — a big ship with thin framing breeds builder FUD.
