The trading surge
is here.
Can we see it?

On-chain activity tripled week-over-week. Our product-side money funnel is barely instrumented. That tension defines the week.

⚠ INSTRUMENTATION GAP
BUY event = 0
BUY Token - Success logs zero — deprecated/renamed. On-chain proves heavy buying; we just can't see the money funnel in product analytics.
Funding flow
Add Cash / ATM Claim
Only low double-digits per week reaching funded actions. Onboarding → funding conversion is thin & under-measured.

* Jun 15 is a partial (current) week.

03 · X sentiment (last 7 days)

Charity + builder-fees is our loudest, most authentic story.

▲ Bull signals
  • $ASTEROID → @Liv_Stargrace charity foundation (real 501c3, SpaceX mascot, on-chain fee-share via TheGivingBlock)
  • $JAMESON memorial raised $5.1k in fees
  • Builders publicly say Bags fees keep them alive ($brainblast_ai)
  • Shyft shipped native launches on the Bags SDK
▼ Bear signals
  • "Team won't support builders… worst founders on Solana" — re $SGL / $REKILL
  • Recurring theme: builders feel under-supported post-launch
  • Trust gap is the one consistent complaint — cheap to fix, expensive to ignore

Net read: Bags is the charity / builder-fee narrative leader on Solana right now. The soft spot is post-launch builder support & trust.

04 · This week's agenda

Five objectives, ranked.

1

Fix the money-funnel instrumentation + dashboard

Trading 3x'd but we can't see funding conversion in Amplitude (BUY event = 0). Re-instrument buy/fund events, then stand up the audit's dashboard.

Blocks everything else · can't optimize $100M blind
2

Cultivate the $1K–$10K trader "engine" tier

3,723 wallets = 49% of volume, and traders just grew 2.3x. Spec a Bags Trader tier: fee rebates, volume leaderboard, early access.

+20% activation ≈ +$1.8M / 30d organic
3

Productize charity — "Bags for Good"

$ASTEROID is our best-converting, most press-friendly narrative and it's peaking now. Ship a verified Charity Launch SKU (501c3 attestation, on-chain donation tracking, leaderboard).

New take-rate surface · differentiates from every degen launchpad
4

Close the builder-support trust gap

The one consistent bear signal, from real builders. Stand up a lightweight support lane: response SLA, post-launch checklist, featured-builder program.

Trust is the launchpad moat
5

Lean into the Bags SDK as a growth channel

Shyft built native launches on our SDK for free. Productize: docs, partner co-marketing, a directory of apps launching on Bags.

Distribution leverage + SDK rev-share surface
05 · Product updates & announcements

Ship in public. Let the narrative carry it.

What spreads on X right now: "BREAKING"-style news posts (@BNNBags), the charity story (20k impressions, our #1 post), and builder spotlights. The reach is there — we just need to feed it shipped product + a tight comms loop. Active FUD this week means timing and framing matter.

PRINCIPLE 1

Announce outcomes, not features

"$5.1k raised for $JAMESON" > "we shipped fee-sharing." Lead with the dollar amount, the builder, the cause. Numbers + names travel.

PRINCIPLE 2

Get ahead of the trust FUD

"Worst founders / no builder support" is live this week. Pre-empt it with a public builder-support commitment post — don't let critics frame us.

PRINCIPLE 3

Make builders the heroes

Our loudest organic reach is builders posting their wins. Amplify them, don't compete. Repost + spotlight = free distribution that also rebuilds trust.

▲ Lead announcements (ship + post this week)
  • "Bags for Good" charity SKU — ride the $ASTEROID/Stargrace peak. Biggest reach lever.
  • Builder-support commitment — SLA + featured-builder program. Directly answers the FUD.
  • Bags SDK spotlight — "Shyft built native launches on Bags" as a partner case study.
▼ Hold / handle with care
  • No silent product changes. An unannounced update already drew "most retarded update ever." Every change gets a why-post.
  • Trader-tier program — tease, don't launch until instrumentation (Obj 1) can measure it.
  • Avoid pure-volume flexing — quality narrative > vanity numbers.

07 · The number · $100M revenue

Path to $100M — quarter by quarter.

Q2'26 is now measured — backfilled from the on-chain monthly rollup (Apr–Jun), not extrapolated. Q3–Q4'26 are the plan: volume growth + take-rate expansion (charity/premium SKUs, launch fees, SDK rev-share) to a $100M annual run-rate exiting the year.

Q2'26 = $39M full-quarter buy-side volume (Apr $9.3M + May $16.8M + Jun ~$13.3M proj.), ~$0.9M fee at ~2.3% take. The earlier $55M figure was an extrapolation — the real base is ~40% lower but the trader count nearly doubled May→Jun (19K→34K). Q4'26 exit fee run-rate ≈ $100M annualized ($25M/qtr × 4) as blended take rises ~2.3% → ~3.2%.

Q2'26 measured from neo_token_kpi_1mo (Apr–Jun, Bags-scoped, buy-side USD): Apr $9.3M + May $16.8M + Jun $7.6M-to-date (~$13.3M full-month proj.) = ~$39M/qtr; ~$0.9M fee at ~2.3% take; 34K distinct traders/Jun from bags_trade_feed. Monthly rollup retains Apr 2026 onward — pre-April not server-side, so Q1 isn't backfillable. Q3–Q4 are growth-plan targets.
