The Venue Works. Now We Fix the Funnel.
Here’s the plan. Eighteen months of launches, two billion-dollar months, one Robinhood chain, a hackathon with 1,444 entries, a Roaring Kitty scare, a CTO coin, a "big week" meme, a squatter ticker that became our biggest market — and the community that stayed through all of it. The whole record, good and bad, run the way a newspaper would have run it — and under every chapter, the play that turns it into an advantage.
By Bags Holdings Staff · Drafted by Bond for Finn (CEO, Bags.fm) · For the Believers
LOS ANGELES — Bags has had two months above $1.5 billion in volume and is currently doing about $5 million a week. It has paid creators more than $10 million in on-chain fee claims in the last eleven months alone, and over $31 million lifetime. It was first onto Robinhood Chain, first with stock-paired coins and stock dividends, and the first launchpad an AI agent used to launch its own token.
It has also left a hackathon claim open for five months, teased a product sixteen days ago without a receipt, gone silent during its own worst week, and watched a ticker named after an unshipped product become its biggest market. Both lists are in this edition, with dates.
The structure is deliberate. The Chronicle runs every era as a headline the community can reuse, with The Play under each — what Bags does, what @FinnBags does, and what creators, holders and builders get. The Timeline scrolls every month of the record and keeps going — past the NOW marker the paper goes dark and every entry is a labelled prophecy, the Bags News of the Future, through 2028 and beyond. The Bags Index does the same for every product, with an honest status. The Believers is the community read. Then the press release proper: the numbers, Corrections & Policies (sixteen issues, each with a policy rather than an apology), what's open, The PR Strategy — one doctrine, seven planks — and the Editors' view of where this goes: the #1 protocol in the world, defining modern pop culture. The Narratives at the back is the shared vocabulary — one line per headline, copyable as a block.
Every headline carries a date and a source in its deck; (reconstructed) means we inferred it from references rather than a primary record. Every Play and the PR doctrine are marked Proposed — for Finn's ratification; nothing in that layer is in force until he says so. Nothing here was posted to X; this page is the record.

Section A · Eras 0–11 · 2023 → Oct 2026
Each headline is written to be reused — short, optimistic, no date inside it. The kicker carries the date and whether it went our way (▲) or taught us something (▼); the deck carries the facts and the source, unedited. Under every deck, The Play: what Bags does and what @FinnBags does to turn that chapter into an advantage, and what creators, holders and builders get. Every Play is PROPOSED — for Finn's ratification; (reconstructed) marks items inferred from references rather than a primary record.

The Debt We Pay First
A crowdfund, an OG pass, and a grievance we still hear about — now the first line of every announcement.
▼ Lesson · 2023
You Paid In 2023. You Go First. Always.
Bags' first life was a Solana crowdfunding product. Holders who paid in ("charged 2 SOL back then") and bought an OG pass still surface in mentions: "$823 days waiting for @BagsApp to reward OG pass buyers" (Jul 2026), "remember when u said u had a snapshot for an airdrop and then u did 20% of it" (Sep 2026). r/solana's top organic result is still "is bags.fm just another Sol scam".
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does: the OG Ledger — every 2023 backer wallet gets a permanent OG badge, first allocation in any future program, a lifetime 95% creator split on their own launches, and the first line of any future token announcement.
@FinnBags does: names them in the first post. Never answers "wen" with a tease — only with the ledger link.
YOUR ORDERS: Backed Bags in 2023? Say so under the next @BagsApp post. The ledger starts with your name.

1% of Volume. Forever. To Who It’s About.
The product that became Bags: launch a coin, split the trading fees with whoever the coin is about — creator, X handle, charity, wallet. 1% of volume, forever, to the people who made it.
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does: puts the sentence on every coin page next to a live "paid to creator" counter and a one-tap Receipt card anyone can share.
@FinnBags does: quotes one creator's payout every week — never the platform's revenue first.
YOUR ORDERS: Pick one creator who got paid this week. Post their receipt, not the chart.

Launch. Trade. Claim. The Machine Works.
First Bags pools hit the chain — 11,466 launches, 145 creators, 18.7K traders. The ClickHouse record starts here. Volume is tiny ($1M in June) but the loop closes: launch, trade, fees accrue, creators claim.
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does: a Day One Creators cohort — the 145 creators of May 2025 get a founders' badge, a 95% split on their next launch and a seat on the first community editorial board of this paper.
@FinnBags does: names them. A thread, 145 handles, one receipt each.
YOUR ORDERS: One of the 145? Reply “day one” and take your seat on the editorial board.
$32M month, 51K traders. The "first AI agent token" lineage and the API are still months away. This is the pure product: coins, fees, claims.
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does: publishes the Curve — creator claims per week — as a public chart on bags.holdings, updated every Friday, with the creators who moved it tagged.
@FinnBags does: posts the chart every Friday. Up or down.

Hat Stay On
$HAT / Buy The Hat: the coin that became the brand asset. A year later holders are still posting "HAT STAY ON". Finn's own multi-million-dollar hat buy is community lore. Anniversary Aug 6, 2026 passed without an official moment — the crowd noticed.
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does:Hat Day, Aug 6, on the company calendar forever: an "OG Coins" tab, a 24-hour fee boost on 2025-cohort coins paid to holders in SOL, and the hat in the app icon for the day.
@FinnBags does: wears the hat. Posts the hat. Buys nothing, promises nothing, celebrates everything.
$1,539M volume, 59,942 launches from 10,030 creators. Bags peaks at 42.6% launchpad market share (a single-day high of ~33% / ~$293M per PumpFunData). $LORIA and $VERDIS launch this month and are still trading in Oct 2026.
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does: the Gas Town Alumni Fund — any ex-Gas-Town creator relaunch earns 90% of fees for 30 days and a "Summer I" badge; the 10,030 creators of Aug 2025 are the first invite list.
@FinnBags does: posts the alumni receipts every Friday: who came back, what they earned.
YOUR ORDERS: Launched in Summer I? Come back. 90% of fees for 30 days is yours.
Gas Town's dev walks; share collapses to 17%. "Bags peaked at 42.6% market share before collapsing to 17%" becomes the worst data point in every third-party write-up (KuCoin, Alea, note.com). Dev-abandonment is the cautionary tale still cited in Asia crypto media in mid-2026.
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does:Abandoned-Coin Rescue — when a creator stops claiming for 90 days, unclaimed fees route to holders in SOL and the coin page says "community-held." Holders inherit the coin; nobody inherits a rug.
@FinnBags does: announces every rescue as a win for holders, with the SOL number.
YOUR ORDERS: Holding an abandoned coin? Nominate it for rescue. The fees route to you.

Every Claim On Chain. Audit It Yourself.
Fee-share v2 goes on-chain: from Dec 2025 every platform accumulation and every creator claim is an indexed event ($472K take, $221K claimed to 751 creators in month one). It's why this document can show real numbers for the last 11 months and only estimates before.
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does: a public Fee Explorer on bags.holdings — every claim searchable by handle, every payout a shareable Receipt card.
@FinnBags does: screenshots the explorer instead of making a promise.
YOUR ORDERS: Audit one claim on the explorer this week. Post the link.
$1.64B volume, 405K traders, $9.6M platform revenue, $6.4M paid to 9,287 creators in 31 days.
▲ Win · Jan 2026
$1.64B Is the Bar. We’re Clearing It.
52,253 launches from 13,125 creators. Platform take $9.59M. Creators claimed $6.45M. Six months later the community's sharpest line is still "no breakout runner since January."
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does: the January Club — the 9,287 creators paid in Jan 2026 get a relaunch rebate, and a public "Beat January" scoreboard tracks creator claims per week against the record.
@FinnBags does: posts creator-claims-per-week every Friday until the bar is cleared, then keeps posting.
YOUR ORDERS: Post the Beat January scoreboard every Friday. Never the number alone.
JBOND: the first AI agent to launch a token through the Bags API. An agent on an old MacBook launches $BOND via the API, earns fees from every trade, funds its own compute, and builds clod.fund — a (3,3) launchpad for other agents with 1,000 game-theory agents and an on-chain 8004 registry entry. The agent-native thesis starts here, in production.
THE PLAY · PROPOSED
Bags does: an Agent Launch Kit (CLI + agent auth + disclosure labels) with 25% partner revenue share for agent builders and an "Agents" tab on the home feed.
@FinnBags does: launches a coin with an agent, live, and posts the agent's first fee claim.
YOUR ORDERS: Building an agent? Launch with it this week. Post its first fee claim.

Scroll. The rail scrubs the date; the spine fills as you go. Up to Oct 2026 every entry is the Chronicle, mirrored — a record, with a source. Past the NOW marker the paper goes dark and every entry is a prophecy: the most ambitious, positive Bags News of the Future we can write from the roadmap on this page, month by month to 2028 and beyond. None of it has happened. All of it is rooted in something that has.

The Debt We Pay First
The 2023 crowdfund and the OG pass are still on the books. Every future announcement opens with this line.
Creator claims per week clear the Jan 2026 bar on a Friday, on the scoreboard, with nobody from Bags saying “big week.” Holders get the Friday airdrop.
Two rival launchpads and a major wallet adopt BIAS attestation. Bags Identity becomes the handle-to-wallet standard; attested creators get the badge free.
$ bags history --from 2023
> 1% of volume. Forever. To who it’s about.
> Every receipt public. Every promise dated.
> The 2023 backers still go first.
$ bags next ▌
That was the whole plan. Everything above this line is fiction until it’s a receipt — and every receipt lands on a Friday.
⟶ ENTERING THE FUTURE
Mechanics: IntersectionObserver scrubs the date rail and section state; cards enter with CSS scroll-driven animations where supported (animation-timeline: view()) and an observer fallback elsewhere; the spine fill and the future hue (red → magenta → electric blue) are one scroll-progress custom property. Honours prefers-reduced-motion. Every future entry is labelled PROPHECY and cites the roadmap item it grows from — nothing here is a promise, a date, or a tease.

You Stayed. You Kept the Receipts.
The Bags community isn't a fanbase; it's a trading floor with a memory. The same people who write "HAT STAY ON" a year after the coin will quote your tweet back to you with the date. Five things are true about them at once, and every one is backed by a line in the archive.

They Defend the Venue Before We Do
During the $TRK week, with both company accounts silent for 96 hours, the community wrote the PR: "Bags was NOT hacked. X account was NOT hacked. The lore runs deeper…" and "officially confirmed by @BagsApp team, $TRK is the one." When pump.fun copied the logo, a believer caught it first. When the Hunter Biden draft appeared, they talked the CEO out of it: "Keep focusing on your builders."

Loyal to Coins and Causes, Not to a Schedule
$BTH/$HAT from Aug 2025 still has a French contingent. $LORIA and $VERDIS (Aug 2025) revived in Oct 2026 for $225K and $41K. $ASTEROID holders lobbied for the tax to go to a foundation. $JUDE and $PUNCH turned fees into a hospital and a zoo. $VAULT locked half its supply into real-world assets. The crowd will hold a coin for a year; it will not hold a "big week" for a fourth week.

A Runner That Stays Up
The one thing they want from us above all. "Would be nice if a bags coin would stay up." "We need to establish a market leader; that is the only way." "Can you actually make a coin go up on your launchpad for once… I'm betting on you one last time." "No breakout runner since January." Every bear thread — fees, bundling, pump.fun comparisons — routes back to this one sentence.
"Why would CEOs collaborate when there's barely any volume? We don't have a single real runner. Focus on creating one strong runner first."A supporter, replying to "calling every CEO" · Sep 7

The Builders Are the Believers We Keep
Some left. 1,444 people entered the hackathon. 26 were paid. 7 still build here. BagsBrain: "No platform takes its budding builders seriously. Especially Bags… the founders see everything except the builders." trenchy sunset for lack of Bags Fund support. Cluck Norris: "weird to be accepted to their hackathon and not even get a follow." eryslive: "50 DMs and none from @finnbags." The ones who stayed (VaultBags, Rando OS, seedless, Cluck Norris, P0) are the strongest proof we have that the model works.

They Front-Run the Roadmap
The community launched $FINNBAGS before we had a founder coin, $SPCX before we had a SpaceX thesis, $NASDAQ before dividends were a product, and $BAGSPAY — named after a product we hadn't shipped — which then became our biggest market for five weeks. Read that as demand. Read the 15-second dev sell as the reason we don't post CAs.
"Bags is for builders."@BagsApp · Aug 4 · the sentence the next two years have to make true

They’ll Argue With Anything Except Silence
"Where @finnbags — missed that dude." · "On chain is so back and @finnbags hasn't tweeted in 9 days… are we cooked chat?" · "Will there be a bagsapp season or not? Give some answer." · "Maybe you are tired of @finnbags promises." · "He just tweets big week big day and when volume dries he disappears." · And the nastier end: "rugged," "insider," slurs we won't reprint. The lesson isn't that they're hostile. It's that silence is the only thing they read as incompetence; everything else they'll argue with us about.

Bags State of the Union: Where We Are, What We Broke, What We’re Fixing
Bags.fm · Los Angeles · October 23, 2026
LOS ANGELES — October 23, 2026 — Bags.fm, the launchpad that pays the people a coin is about, today published its first State of the Union: a full account of the company's history as a timeline, a read on its community, a list of every open issue with the policy that answers it, the opportunities that are open to anyone right now, and the plan. It is written to be reused: every Bags press release from here on follows this structure.
Here is the short version. Bags has had two months above $1.5 billion in volume and is currently doing about $5 million a week. Both lists are in this document, with dates.

Volume Jun 2025 → Apr 2026 from the revenue-stats page (Bags coins only); Jun 2026 from the Jul 2 brief; Oct 2026 live from bags_trade_feed (30-day table; * traders Oct 1–23). May, Jul, Aug, Sep 2026 monthly volume is not in this pull — the lifetime table takes minutes per query and we did not want to estimate; weekly figures for those months are in the weekly decks (early Jul ≈ $12M/wk, late Aug ≈ $1.8M/wk, mid-Sep ≈ $1.5M/wk, late Sep ≈ $18M/wk). Platform take and claims are the on-chain fee-share v2 events, which begin Dec 2025 — earlier revenue exists but is not itemised here. Traders from the lifetime PnL build. All-time public revenue: $32.23M (DefiLlama, Solana only). Robinhood Chain adds 4,757 lifetime launches and ~11 ETH/week; its vault is at 0.0 ETH.
What the numbers say
The venue is intact: a meme that found us organically on a Sunday did 5,228 traders — the same count as the CEO's tease day. The funnel is what's broken: single-digit creator days mid-week, creator claims down 30% in a week, and our own launch engine making most of the launch count. Revenue is 0.5% of pump.fun's on a public scoreboard and down ~87% from early July.
What we're measuring now that we weren't
Which terminal routed every Solana trade (shipped Oct 18). Organic vs house launches and volume, split in every weekly brief. Creator claims per week as the north-star health metric. The Amplitude buy-event gap (zero buys recorded against 295K on-chain trades/week in June) is the kind of thing this discipline catches.
The honest gap
The stated 2026 goal was $1B revenue. The weekly brief tracks $100M. Public all-time is $32.2M. We are not restating the goal in this document; we are stating the distance, and the plan in The PR Strategy and Opinion is sized to it.

BagsPay: teased Oct 7, no receipt; web flag OFF; "RIP everywhere except US"571L / 72K tease; X Money is US-only; bot live since Sep 29; web rail flagged off wk of Oct 12.
Policy — no tease without a dated receipt. BagsPay pays 80% of creator fees to the person the coin is about, in SOL, every 15 minutes, in any country. X Money is one payout rail, US-only by X's rules, not the product. The receipt (payouts to date, SOL, countries) or a dated pause notice ships before the next weekly brief (Mon Oct 26). Silence is the only option that's off the table.

Hackathon payouts and follow-through (HATON claim; "26 paid, 7 still building")Grievance thread since May 24; winners announced late (Jul); builders report no follow, no DM replies.
Commitment — every outstanding hackathon claim is paid, then we say so in one line from @BagsApp: "all hackathon claims are live." Order matters: debt first, then a two-week fee rebate / boosted split for returning hackathon creators, announced to them directly. Named liaison follows every cohort account back. No bounty before the debt is paid — "a bounty before the debt is paid reads as a bribe."

$TRK / RoaringKitty: spoofable X link, 3-minute timing attack, failed PFP test, 96h of silenceMay 9–25. Fixed partially by the May 25 verification update.
Verification standard — a Verified badge means exactly one thing: an attested link between a social handle and the wallet that claims its fees, visible on the coin page. It is not an endorsement of the person or the coin. Unverified = wallet shown. The written standard (BIAS) publishes with a date in Opinion. During any identity incident the company account posts within 24 hours, even if the post is "we're looking."

CA-endorsement pressure ("do like Ansem, back the top-mcap token") and the squatter $BAGSPAY coinCommunity coin, dev sold in 15 s per our audit; our BNNBags account promoted it; it is our #1 token by volume five weeks running.
Policy — @finnbags never posts a contract address. @BagsApp never posts one that isn't a Bags-run program. We did not launch $BAGSPAY. Squatter rule: BagsPay pays the person a coin is about; a coin squatting a brand or a person who hasn't claimed gets SOL-to-holders only, never a brand payout. BNNBags reports payouts and receipts, not "trade X today." A "FIRST" tag (first launch of a name/symbol in a window) is allowed because it says first, never best.

House programs on the public venue (auto-launcher, MM floors, fee bots)Wk of Oct 12: 24 wallets of ours made 566 of 905 launches (63%); a floor session of ours traded $BAGSPAY Thu–Fri.
Disclosure — Bags runs launch, liquidity and fee programs on its own venue, and they trade against you. We will label house launches on the feed, exclude them from the organic stats in every public brief (already done in the weekly), and never use them to manufacture a "runner" narrative. The market-making research (Oct 23) is published on this site, not hidden.

Tease-without-receipt pattern ("Big week" ×3, "take it back," "all at once," "big week for stock pairs")Named meme by Jul 21. Stock Pairs shipped Aug 28 and announced Sep 6 — from the personal account.
Cadence — the company account carries product news; the founder account carries opinion. Nothing is teased that isn't dated. Every ship gets a changelog line the day it lands, even the unglamorous ones (UI refresh, app updates were community-discovered). This weekly brief stays public.

Founder / company silence during incidents and launchesCEO ghost-mode weeks (May 28–Jun 9, Aug 20–29, Sep 19–Oct 7); @BagsApp "vibes only" weeks.
SLA — 24 hours to a first public word on any incident involving user funds, identity or a Bags-affiliated account. If the answer isn't ready, say that. "Silence = incompetence" is the one critique the community never argues with us about.

Rate limits, 429s and outagesShared RPC 429s throttling fleets; fbmini (floor/launcher host) offline Sep 29 and from Oct 8; X API dead since Oct 8 (402) — we are blind on sentiment.
Infra — dedicated RPC for every production fleet; a status line in the weekly brief; API consumer limits published (today: 5K req/hr). X API credits are a Finn-only fix and are listed as such. Outages of house programs don't affect users' launches — but they do distort the launch count, which is why we split organic from house.

Fee perception: "10% taker," "4% is mad," and reports that a liquidity update silently cut rewards on older coinsJun 20 (@idoLapaj), Jun 30 (@Refdao), Jul 12 ($Diva migration).
Fee schedule published — by mode, by phase, by chain, including the partner-key 25% and the IPO-mode 2% → 0.5% curve. No silent changes: any fee or reward change gets a dated changelog entry and a 7-day notice to affected creators. Mode-switching exists so OG coins are never stranded on an old curve.

$BAGSPAY (community coin)
#1 token by volume on Bags for five weeks; $1.0M/wk of buy-side; 2,612 makers. Named after an unshipped product we didn't launch; dev sold in 15 s.
The demand is for BagsPay the product. The receipt (Issue 1) is what converts it. Holders: the squatter rule means this coin's fees go SOL-to-holders, not to a brand payout.
$11K to St. Jude, $20K to a zoo, a foundation funded; also an ugly charity war and a fee-lock in a dormant TikTok account.
Bags for Good SKU: one-click charity launch, auto-disbursement to a verified non-profit wallet, public ledger. Spec exists (May 24). First three verified charities get white-glove onboarding.
VaultBags: ~50% supply locked, live gold/S&P/Treasury PnL tracker; dividend coins pay holders in stock.
Dividend Maxxing challenge (teased Aug 13, never run) — run it. Stock-pair + dividend coins are 17% of launches and under 8% of volume: the UI should rank them.
P0: largest native LLM provider on Solana, #19 on OpenRouter, sub-$500K mcap on Bags at the time; x402 trending +42%.
Agent-native launches via the API: agents launching, claiming and paying their own compute (the JBOND pattern). Partner keys earn 25% of protocol revenue on RH.
$225K / $41K / $66K in a single October week, a year after launch.

THE PR STRATEGYOne doctrine, seven planks · how Bags and @FinnBags talk from here on
Section G · Op-ed
DOCTRINE · PROPOSED · the Bags Brand Voice
Receipts. Creators. Friday.
Receipts are the brand. Creators are the story. Friday is the moment. Every Play in this edition rolls up to seven rules. They are written so that anyone — the company account, the founder, a community correspondent — can tell whether a post is on-doctrine in one glance. The voice is tabloid energy with broadsheet discipline: entertaining, ambitious, extreme in ambition, exact in fact.
1
Receipts, Not Teases — Every Bags Friday
@BagsApp posts numbers on a fixed weekly cadence — Bags Friday: the Curve (creator claims/week), top payouts, organic creators, launches, Runner / Meme / Company of the Week, the changelog, the $100K Challenge scoreboard. Nothing is teased that isn’t dated. "Big week" is retired; Friday is the week.
What you getCreators: a Receipt card for every claim and a weekly stage. Holders: Runner of the Week SOL airdrop. Community: one number and one time to hold us to.
2
Creator-First Storytelling
Every Bags post centers a creator’s payout, never the platform’s revenue. The hospital’s receipt, not the coin’s chart; the CEO’s first claim, not the feature launch. The platform is the byline, the creator is the headline.
What you getCreators: the spotlight, by name, with the number. Holders: coins whose story is the person behind them.
3
@FinnBags = Attestor-in-Chief
@finnbags posts proofs, policies and the occasional unhinged ambition — the #1-protocol-in-the-world kind. Never a contract address. Never a buy promise. Personal trades disclosed as personal. When the crowd sets a rule (the celebrity rule), he thanks them and keeps it.
What you getCommunity: a founder whose posts are receipts and ambition, in that order. Builders: a 24-hour first word, always.
4
You Are the Newsroom.
The Bags Holdings template and The Narratives are open: anyone can publish an edition. Community correspondents get a byline and a badge; the best community edition each month earns a fee boost on the correspondent's coins and a feature from @BagsApp. Believers already write the PR during incidents; now they get paid for it.
What you getCorrespondents: byline, badge, monthly fee boost. Community: a shared vocabulary — the headlines in this paper are yours to reuse.
5
Ship, Then Shout
The changelog posts on ship day from the company account; no roadmap promises, no "coming soon." The first creator to use a new feature gets the announcement built around them. Finn amplifies the company post; he never scoops it.
What you getBuilders: dated changelog with their name on it. Community: no more community-discovered launches.
6
Culture > Charts
Charity coins, stock pairs, agent launches and meme events are told as pop-culture stories, not DeFi stories: the zoo that got funded, the sprinter who launched, the agent that paid its own rent, the French Goku Sunday. Bags is a launchpad for culture; the chart is a side effect.
What you getCreators: stories that travel outside crypto. Holders: coins with a reason to exist. The world: a reason to care.
7
Pay the Debt Before the Bounty
No new program, bounty or challenge is announced while a claim is open. Debt first — HATON, every hackathon claim, every stuck charity fee — then the rebate, then the bounty. A bounty before the debt is paid reads as a bribe; a bounty after it reads as a promise kept.
What you getBuilders: your claim is the roadmap's first line. Community: every new program you see means the old debts are at zero.
Posting rules in one line each: @BagsApp = numbers, changelog, creator stories, Friday; @FinnBags = proofs, policies, ambition; neither posts a CA; both answer within 24 hours; nothing new is announced while a claim is open. The doctrine is proposed; the standing policies it restates (Corrections & Policies rows 2, 4, 6, 7, 13, 14) are already set.

Editorial · the vision
#1 Protocol in the World. Pop Culture Runs on Bags.
The ambition, stated plainly: Bags becomes the #1 protocol in the world, and modern pop culture runs on it. Every artist, founder, charity, company, agent and meme-maker on earth gets paid, automatically, by the attention they create — and the launch of a coin about them becomes the way culture announces itself. The thesis underneath has not changed since the first pool in May 2025: trading fees are creator income. A coin about someone should pay that someone — verifiably, globally, in money they can use. Everything below is that sentence applied to a new surface, with a date. The stepping stones: the creator income rail (BagsPay — 80% in SOL every 15 minutes, any country), Bags Identity, agent-native launches, stock pairs and dividends, Robinhood Chain and the next chain, the charity SKU — and the $1B 2026 revenue goal we are not restating but measuring against, in public, every Friday.
1. BagsPay — Creator Income, Globally, in Minutes
80% of creator fees to the person the coin is about. Paid in SOL every 15 minutes. Any country. X Money, Cash App-style rails and local corridors (IDR, TRY, NGN, VND, EUR) as payout options on top, never as the gate. The receipt is the launch: payouts to date, SOL, countries, from the company account. Receipt or dated pause: Oct 26.
2. Bags Identity (BIAS) and Verified Launches
A published, open Bags Identity Attestation Standard: handle ↔ wallet attestation on-chain, PFP/name provenance, holder-distribution badge and unlock schedule on every coin page. The $TRK week never happens again because the page answers the question before the timeline asks it. Standard published with the Nov 2 weekly brief; badge live in the coin page by end of Nov.
3. Bags for Good
A charity launch SKU with auto-disbursement to a verified non-profit wallet and a public ledger — so the next $JUDE is a product, not a template, and the next Asteroid war has a receipt to point at. First three verified charities onboarded by Dec 1.
4. Stocks, Pairs, Dividends — the Equity Layer
Stocks on Bags (legal equity, 30% to holders), stock pairs, stock dividends, OpenStocks ranking — on Solana and Robinhood Chain. The goal is the one Finn stated Sep 6: public companies on-chain with fee share as the GTM. Measured by the first CEO claim, not by replies.
5. Robinhood Chain and the Next Chain
Bags was live on RH ten days after mainnet with zero-cost deploys and 25% partner-key revenue share. Parity with Solana is nearly done; distribution (index coins, feed, mobile) is what's left. The same playbook is ready for the next chain that opens.
6. Agent-Native Launches
The first AI agent to launch a token through an API did it on Bags in January 2026 and paid for its own compute from the fees. Public API v2 has agent auth. The ambition: thousands of agents launching, claiming, market-making and paying out on Bags rails, with disclosure built in — the "Bags Agents" marketplace proposed in May.
The goal. #1 protocol in the world; pop culture on Bags rails. The 2026 target was $1B in revenue. Public all-time is $32.2M, and the current run-rate is a rounding error against the target. We'd rather print that than restate it. The path is not a bigger tease: it is creator claims per week going up every week — because that is the number that means the thesis is working — and the receipts, standards, plays and Fridays above are how we earn the volume that makes it compound. One $100M runner a day was the strategy in a sentence; one honest page a week is how we get to be the venue when it happens — and the venue where culture happens is, by definition, the #1 protocol. The Editors · the ambition is extreme; the facts above it are not
Closing
Bags has a community that defends the venue in the hours its founders go quiet, builders who stayed after a hackathon that under-delivered on follow-through, and a product that an organic Sunday meme still picks by default. What it owes that community is boring: receipts, dates, labels, and a first word within 24 hours. This document is the first of those. The next one is the receipt.
About Bags.fm — Bags is a launchpad that pays the people a coin is about. Creators, X handles, GitHub, TikTok and Kick accounts, charities, wallets and domains can receive a share of trading fees on coins launched on Solana and Robinhood Chain. Section H · For the community
Every headline in this edition, in order, with a one-line note on when to use it. Rules for adding one: ≤ 60 characters, optimistic, present tense or imperative, Bags Brand Voice (entertaining, ambitious, extreme in ambition, exact in fact), no date inside the line (the date lives in the kicker), and a factual deck with a source underneath wherever it's used. Each line is set as a poster — screenshot it, repost it. Headline doctrine: one idea per poster, direct address, the number as the hero, slogan cadence. Build notes: copy public/press-release-template/index.html to public/<slug>/index.html, keep the <style> block and the share script, replace content; add the slug to PRESS in src/data/briefs.ts; commit as the repo's human author; push = deploy (skill bags-holdings-publish). Write the markdown twin to docs/press/, a SOURCES-<slug>.md next to it, and append new headlines to docs/press/NARRATIVES.md.
Gap flags for this edition: X API dead since Oct 8 (402, credits depleted) — all X quotes are from the archive, none newer than Oct 7; pre-May 2026 X history is thin and items are marked (reconstructed); May/Jul/Aug/Sep 2026 monthly volume not pulled (lifetime query exceeds the tool window); web search provider was not used; Robinhood figures from the Oct 19 scan; the Oct 2026 row is month-to-date.
Poster rules for every headline, <title>, og:title and og:image on this page: ≤ 60 chars · one idea · direct address · number as hero · slogan cadence · no dates in the headline (kicker carries it) · PROPOSED / PROPHECY / (reconstructed) labelled · anything after NOW is fiction until it’s a receipt. Ink on paper, white on ink, red as a signal only. Archivo Black / Inter. Square.
